Kirk Clothier
A principal of the firm, Kirk has practiced accounting in the Seattle area for over forty years, and was the founding partner of Clothier & Head, PS, a leading regional accounting firm from 1973 to July 2013, when it was acquired.
Kirk’s practice focuses on estate and tax planning, business consulting, and mergers and acquisitions.
“I enjoy nearly everything about working with clients. Everyone has unique problems to solve and unique individual needs and wants. Helping clients determine what these are and helping them chart a way meet challenges and obtain their goals is what I like most about what I do.”
Kirk has a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the WSCPA, AICPA, Washington Athletic Club, and the 101 Club. He has served on many boards, including 826 Seattle, The Northwest African American Museum, the Washington Trails Association, and the Hubbard Foundation.
In his free time, Kirk enjoys hiking, competitive rowing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
